Then he gave me a week to think it over before setting up an appointment to sign the paperwork. He asked me questions and listened to what I said. He made suggestions on how to fix up my home to sell. An offer for the full asking price was given to me on the same day my home was first put on the market which I accepted. We were not from the area when we contacted Jesse to help us purchase a home. From the start he accommodated our schedule and connected with us via Zoom to get started. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and didn't try to hard sell us on any home. He was with us through the whole process and was always responsive when we reached out with questions. Having Jesse as my/our agent is one thing that I'm going to miss the most he was always honest and helped us make the right decisions he always made sure we really were not jumping the gun and settle for a home that we would of regretted later on. Jesse was very personable during our house buying experience. From the first meeting of him coming over to meet us to after closing he has been very friendly and always offering his help. Jesse went from being my realtor to being my friend. His knowledge on the housing market blew me away. Better than his housing market knowledge are his negotiating skills. During sellers market he dropped the price $7,000, added $3,000 in closing and had seller agree to install dishwasher and microwave plus a few other fixes. In others words, Jesse is the best.
